Yoga @ The Roof Crop

Location: 

• 1516 W Carroll Ave. 
• Enter through the Third Season Cafe door on Justine Street and look for signs to get up to the roof.
• The Roof Crop is an urban agriculture initiative that values and promotes sustainability, ecology, and community engagement. They build and maintain green roofs and productive landscapes, grow flowers, edible flowers, produce, grains, and natural dyes, and help develop apiary programs for schools and community gardens.

Class: 

• Classes are vinyasa flow, crafted with plenty of options for beginners and more advanced practitioners.
• Instructors for class: Carrie and Derrick

After Class: 

• Guests are encouraged to hang out, look at the fabulous antique book collection, take pictures on the roof top patio, or feel free to head down to the Third Season Cafe for a beverage and further exploration of the beautiful space and goods. 
• For West Town Wellness Week, all guests will receive a voucher for a discounted drink for the cafe in the same building.
